INSTALLATION

• Download the Smartsupp Live Chat plugin from our store https://nop-station.com/customer/downloadableproducts
• Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins
• Upload the NopStation.Smartsupp zip file using the "Upload plugin or theme" button

  

• Go to Administration, and reload the 'list of plugins'. Install 'Nop-Station Core' Plugin first and then install 'Affirm Payment'

  

  

• To make the plugins functional, restart the application.

  

• Enable the plugin with the 'Edit' option and Configure it.

  

CONFIGURATION

• Sign up in Smartsupp and configure it from the admin panel by collecting the Smartsupp script or key from here
• Then go to Admin → NopStation → Plugins → Smartsupp → Configuration from your nopCommerce site

  

• Enable plugin: Check to enable the plugin for your store
• Setting mode: Choose the Smartsupp setting mode. You can choose between Key or Script. Whichever you choose you need to put the value in the following field.

PUBLIC VIEW

If the plugin is successfully installed and configured the Smartsupp chat widget will show on your site.
