PRE-REQUISITES
- The plugin requires you to install the Nop-Station Core plugin first.
INSTALLATION
- Download the NopStation Facebook Messenger Plugin from our store https://nop-station.com/customer/downloadableproducts
- Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins
- Upload the NopStation.FbMessenger zip file using the "Upload plugin or theme" button
- Go to Administration, reload the 'list of plugins'. Install 'Nop-Station Core' Plugin first and then install 'Facebook Messenger'
- To make the plugins functional, restart the application
- Enable the plugin with 'Edit' option and Configure it
Set up the chat plugin from your Facebook Page
- Go to your Page's settings from facebook.
- Click Messaging.
- Under Add Messenger to your website, click Get started.
- Under Set up your chat plugin, click Set up. Select your language, add your website domain(s) and copy the code to paste on your website.
- Collect the Code Snippet and Whitelist your domain Ex. https://www.yourstore.com

CONFIGURATION
- Go to Admin → Nop Station → Plugins → Facebook messenger → Configuration
- Enable plugin: Check to enable the facebook messenger in your site
- Check Enable Script and Paste your Code Snippet in plugin configuration page
- Or alternatively Uncheck Enable Script and put your Page ID
- Theme color: Different theme colors can be determined from here
